In general

• Arrivals from 3 to 8 pm or according to previous arrangement. Registration is done on the basis of a passport, identity card or driving license. Contact us for late check-in.
• Check-out is at 10 am latest or by arrangement.
• Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8 to 9:30 am.
• During high-season, dinner is served from 7 to 8 pm, except on Sundays; outside of high-season, it is served according to agreement. If you have not reserved half-board, you must order supper in advance.

Reservations and cancellations

• Reservation must be in written form (e-mail, regular mail, fax).
• Reservations are confirmed after the payment of a deposit (30 % of total price).
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations, if the advance payment was not made within the agreed upon time.
• You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the advance payment if you cancel in less than 14 days before arrival.
• In the event of an early departure, the full reservation amount shall still be charged.
