Reservation

• 10% discount for direct bookings via our web site

• Reservation must be in written form (e-mail, regular mail, fax).
• Reservations are confirmed after the payment of a deposit (30 % of total price).
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations, if the advance payment was not made within the agreed upon time.
• The guest has the right to a refund of the reservation through cancellation in writing:
• 70 % up to 30 days before arrival,
• 30 % 29 – 16 days before arrival,
• 15 days before arrival the reservation is no longer refundable.
• In the event of an early departure, the full reservation amount shall still be charged.
